Central Vacuum Aspiration System

Features:

Centralized vacuum suction systems are commonly employed in healthcare facilities to facilitate the removal of various bodily fluids and substances from patients. These systems are utilized for procedures such as the evacuation of internal fluids, gastrointestinal tract cleansing, the extraction of pulmonary secretions and debris, and the aspiration of phlegm and mucus accumulations.

Product Details

Centralized vacuum suction systems are designed to facilitate the removal of various bodily fluids and substances from patients within healthcare facilities. These systems are essential for procedures involving the evacuation of internal fluids, cleansing of the gastrointestinal tract, extraction of pulmonary secretions and debris, as well as the aspiration of phlegm and mucus accumulations.

The core components of these systems include a central vacuum station, water separators, an intricate network of piping, control valves, and terminals. The vacuum source is derived from vacuum pumps that generate negative pressure, enabling suction capabilities for operating rooms, intensive care units, emergency departments, and other critical areas. The vacuum station typically comprises water-ring vacuum pumps, a vacuum tank, a control panel, alert systems, and a blow-down tank. A redundant configuration with two separate pump groups ensures continuous operation, with one group serving as the primary unit while the other acts as a standby.

These systems are characterized by standardized and modular production, resulting in compact and space-efficient designs. Dynamic control mechanisms regulate the cooling water temperature and flow rates, ensuring optimal operating conditions for the vacuum pumps. The standby pump group is automatically activated based on predefined suction demand thresholds.

Real-time monitoring of operational parameters, data logging, fault protection, and alarm notifications are integrated features. Open communication interfaces facilitate remote management capabilities.

Cloud-based remote monitoring platforms enable real-time tracking and monitoring of system performance from both personal computers and mobile devices.

As an alternative option, oil-ring vacuum pumps can be incorporated into the system configuration.
