Tire processing and tire charging requires nitrogen gas. The traditional civil technology of steel wire radial tires sizing is to use superheated water. Internally nitrogen vulcanization is widely used for this process to have better economic benefits. Now more and more have used nitrogen method for tyre manufacturing. Each car tire requires around 1.25m3 nitrogen while truck tyre uses 12m3.

For tire inflation using nitrogen has many benefits to car or truck tires. It helps prolong lifetime of tires, makes tires dry and clean, prevents tires possible burst in hot days etc. Nitrogen charging instead of air charging is becoming more and more popular.
